City Clerk

The City Clerk’s Office is part of the Administration Department and is located within Kechi City Hall. The City Clerk provides administrative support to the City Administrator, Mayor, and City Council, drafts agendas and minutes, and processes contracts, resolutions, and ordinances.

The City Clerk also serves as the City’s Freedom of Information Officer. To request public information please fill out an open records request.
